Beginning in June, Cuesta College Community Program’s 29th annual College for Kids summer program will provide enriching opportunities for students entering 5th through 9th grades in the fall of 2016. The summertime courses are designed to meet the needs of younger students who are eager to explore subjects in a fun and educational environment.

This year, the program is offering hoop camp for youngsters interested in basketball, an expanded fourth grade camp, reading programs for readers of all ages and levels, and a summer jazz workshop for students in junior high and older. Classes are being offered in many other areas, including film, obstacle courses, crime scene investigation, performing arts, board game creation, cooking and nutrition and more.

There are two sessions available on the San Luis Obispo Campus for students to take part; session I runs June 14th to June 30th, and session II from July 5th to July 21st.
