The Cuesta College Legal Counseling Clinic is sponsored by ASCC and the Student Life & Leadership office. It exists to provide private and confidential legal advice to familiarize students with the character of the legal system and the steps needed to gain access to it. Some concerns addressed: Family Law, Real Property, Criminal Law, Credit Concerns, Vehicle Code Violation
YES! This free service is a benefit only for current ASCC Student ID cardholders. Each student who has a current ASCC Student ID card is entitled to one 15-minute session per semester.
Appointments are available during the following times:

Call (805) 546-3289 or stop by the Student Center Reception Desk (Building 5300) for more information. Appointments must be scheduled by noon on the day before the clinic.
No walk-ins permitted.
Free legal counseling is by appointment only!
Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment without notifying our office will result in exclusion from obtaining counseling for the remainder of the semester. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your appointment to another student.
