In October of 1998 PG& E awarded a grant to the Cuesta College Institute for Professional Development to determine the feasibility of a non-profit support center in our county. Dr. Jan Schmuckler of Schmuckler Consulting in Oakland was hired to work together with the Collaboration Forum Planning Committee to design and conduct the feasibility study survey, and the report "San Luis Obispo Non-Profit Support Center Feasibility Study 1998-99" has now been published.
