Instructional Technology Services has moved!

Cuesta College’s audio/visual support team (formerly ITS) has been merged with Computer Services (CS). This is good news for Cuesta faculty and staff who have long sought a one-stop shop for all computer and A/V technology support needs. The integration of ITS with CS we will deliver a higher level of service to the college including:

• Improved phone support –Faculty and staff can now call just one number (x3248) for all computer and audio/visual needs. The Computer Services Help Desk is staffed from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Consistent work order system – When the situation is not urgent, please use myCuesta’s “CompServ Work Orders” channel to request support or repair for all computer and audio/visual equipment.
• Additional staff for audio/visual support – The ITS team is joined by the entire technical support and customer service staff of Computer Services. A bigger team means increased coverage and greater technical depth to tackle the technology challenges and opportunities facing Cuesta College today.
