‘Ready to begin using Cuesta College Online Training now?
It's as easy as 1-2-3-4:

1. Request A Training Account …via the work order system

NOTE: If you’ve never created a work order before, contact your division assistant or Computer Services (x3248) for help.

Get into the the work order system by clicking on "Launch Work Order System" in the CompServ Work Orders channel in myCuesta.
Contact your division assistant or Computer Services (x3248) for help.

Select “Create New Case” and click the Go button.

In the One Line Description field type:
I want Cuesta College Online Training

Click the Submit button

2. Receive Your Account Information …via e-mail

You will receive your training account information via email.
NOTE: Since there are a limited number of accounts, your request may be put in a queue until an account is available.

3. Login to the Cuesta College Online Training site and select a course/topic

Your account information will include necessary instructions.
NOTE: You have one (1) week to complete your training.

4. Email or call Computer Services when done

We have a limited number of accounts. Therefore once you’re done, let us know so we can assign the account to another user.
