Messenger Service
The mailroom does provide in-town (San Luis Obispo) pick
up and delivery service (Tuesday through Friday) with at least a 24-hour
notice. E-mail request to messngr@cuesta.edu.
Please include the following information so your request can be
processed in a timely manner.

Department (room #)

Date service is required (24 hour notice requested,
please!)

Description of item to be picked up or delivered

Destination and contact person
NOTE: Due to heavy mail loads, messenger service cannot
be guaranteed on Mondays.
Mailing Times and Office Hours
We accept outgoing mail until 2:30 p.m. Mail can be
dropped off at the Switchboard if not able to deliver to us. Mail is
taken to the Post Office in time for all materials to be posted by 5:00
p.m.
