Evaluations

• In order to develop comprehension and speaking skills, it is necessary that you practice on a daily basis, inside and outside of class.
• In class you will hear German spoken and you will speak German yourself.
• Your classroom participation will be recorded on a daily basis. However, your attendance will be credited on a weekly basis at the rate of two (2) points for each week of perfect attendance.
• You will demonstrate your conversation skills during the final examination.

• Your listening, reading and writing skills will be evaluated at the end of each chapter in written in-class tests.
• The homework assignments and CD-ROM practice will prepare you for the chapter tests.
