Once
logged into the MyCuesta portal, employees (teaching &
non-teaching) will have a wealth of information available.
This information is primarily organized into tabs (much
like folders in a filing cabinet) that contain related information.
Some tabs will come pre-populated with information and resources,
but you will also have the ability to organize information
in a way that works best for you.

All members of
the Cuesta community share a common initial page after logging
into the MyCuesta portal. This page gives you campus &
personal announcements, news about the campus, a search
engine, and other features relevant to the entire campus
community.
When you log
in to MyCuesta, there are some resources always available
to you. Email, calendars and group areas can be found along
the top of every page regardless of your tab choice.

MyCuesta
also gives you access to web-based applications specific
to your role. Folks in Human Resources will have access
to HR applications. Faculty will be able to retrieve class
rosters, post grades and much more. Financial Aid, Admissions
& Records, Payroll, Maintenance, Library and more will
access tools specific to their area of expertise. All of
these MyCuesta users will only need to log in once! When
one logs into MyCuesta, there will be no need for additional
usernames and passwords when accessing applications via
MyCuesta.
