Consult with a counselor to verify that you are on track to receive your Certificate!

In order to ensure timely evaluation, certificate applicants should plan to submit the Certificate Application no later than the last day of the semester in which requirements are being completed.  Review information regarding catalog rights, residency requirements, credit for alternative education, and other requirements on the Ready For Graduation web site.

Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, including official score reports (AP, CLEP, IB, etc.) must be on file with the Evaluations Office. Incomplete or missing transcripts will cause your application to be denied.

Any foreign credentials must be independently evaluated and the official independent evaluation submitted to the Evaluations Office for use in the degree evaluation. Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI) is the preferred provider, and a comprehensive evaluation is required. Use of other agencies must be approved by the Cuesta College Director of Admissions and Records.
