Photo of Jennifer MartinJennifer Martin joined the Music Faculty at Cuesta College in the summer of 2004 as the conductor of the Cuesta Wind Ensemble. In addition to her conducting duties, she coordinates the department's Applied Music program, and teaches Class Guitar. In 2008, she was selected to be the Performing Arts Division Chair, and was appointed to the post of Interim Coordinator of Cuesta’s new Cultural and Performing Arts Center in 2009. She became a staff conductor for the San Luis Obispo Wind Orchestra in 2010.

Previous to her appointment at Cuesta, she was the Music Department Chair and conductor of the Reno Winds and the Truckee Meadows Community Orchestra at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, NV, where she was the founding faculty of the Music Department.

A Cal Poly graduate, Nancy has worked for over 20 years in a variety of performing arts capacities including Executive Director of the San Luis Obispo Vocal Arts Ensemble, Board Treasurer for Canzona Women's Ensemble, and Front of House Manager for the San Luis Obispo Performing Arts Center. Nancy loves helping others and encouraging them to pursue their passions and dreams, particularly those involved in the arts.

Magnolia Stork
Fine Arts and Performing Arts Division Assistant

Photo of Magnolia StorkMagnolia Stork joined our staff in the summer of 2014.  A graduate of both Cuesta College and San Francisco State University, with degrees in Art and French, Magnolia comes to us with a strong Arts Administration background having worked at the DeYoung Museum, The Friends of Photography and Ansel Adams Center for Photography, The San Francisco Art Institute, and The San Luis Obispo Museum of Art.  She lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband Greg, two young boys and a menagerie of animals.  She is passionate about supporting our programs and students, which culturally enrich the whole community.
