In this series, you will learn essential skills and develop a new perspective based on solid supervisory theory to achieve success in managing people and tasks. Each 0.5 unit class is taught using experiential learning methodologies and designed to expand your level of skill whether you are a first time manager or have been supervising others for years.
We are also pleased to be offering Project Management Fundamentals for the first time! Project Management Fundamentals provides students with an overview of the concepts, tools, techniques, and results of successful project management. Using hands-on learning activities, this 1.0 unit course investigates the role and responsibilities of the Project Manager and introduces the student to the steps involved in planning and managing a project from beginning to end!
