Student Judicial - Student Code of Conduct - Student Due Rights
The Board of Trustees shall establish rules and regulations for student conduct while on campus and/or engaged in any college-sponsored activity.
The Vice President of Student Success and Support Programs and/or the Dean of the North County Campus and South County Center, are the Judicial Officers of the college and shall be responsible for enforcing rules and regulations for all activities of students at times and places when students are under college jurisdiction. In addition, Faculty may, for good cause, suspend students for the remainder of a class or activity and up to one additional class session pending a meeting to discuss resolution of any issues.
