Cuesta College will be hosting an open house event and we want you to be there! Join us from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM and learn all about the great things Cuesta College has to offer. Counselors, faculty, staff, and students will be present to provide you with the information you need to get started on the path to build your future.

Alpha Gamma Sigma (AGS) is a state-wide community college student honor society with the purpose of fostering, promoting, maintaining, and recognizing scholarship. In addition, AGS members develop character and civic responsibility through service to AGS, the college, and the community. The Gamma chapter at Cuesta College provides its membership scholarship opportunities, social activities, and leadership- building skills. Membership is based on grade point average. More information may be obtained from the Student Life and Leadership Office.

Attend our info session to learn more about current research experiences available to undergraduate students in Anthropology, Biology, Engineering,Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Math (new for Fall 2021!) and Psychology. If you are excited about STEM and not sure where to start, you will definitely want to hear more about our new STEM Seminar (Fall 2021). This course will give insights into career options from expert guest speakers in all STEM fields, help you develop skills to be successful in STEM,be a part of a STEM community right away at Cuesta College and get you started on the right track with a group of like-minded peers! Fine Arts at Cuesta College encompasses art history/art appreciation, ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture/3D design and graphic design. Earth and Geospatial Sciences at Cuesta College
Are you looking for technical skills that can help you in any discipline? Interested in the Earth and Ocean Sciences? Don't miss the session on Geographic Information Systems Certificate and the EOS program! This session will give you an overview on the valuable skills you can learn for creating maps, collecting data, and creating web mapping applications. You will also learn about the classes and the transfer degree offered in the Earth and Ocean Sciences department.
Sing at Cuesta!
Cuesta has some of the best vocal ensembles in California! Learn about how you can participate, at whatever level you're at. We have two traditional choirs (classical, gospel, world music) and a vocal jazz ensemble (jazz, pop, funk, Latin styles). Our groups have toured Europe 12 times, performed at the most prestigious national conventions and been headliners at top jazz festivals. Make friends, learn, perform, travel (if you want), and find your inspiration!
