Increase your muscle strength and endurance in addition to reducing pain and stiffness. This class will help to increase the range of motion in your joints to help with your day-to-day activities. This could be the right class for you if you are recovering from, or living with, injuries and/or arthritic conditions. We do ask that participants are capable of participating in this fitness program without assistance. You will be encouraged to move to the music during this refreshing class.
Classes can be joined at any point during the season. Daily drop-in rate also available.
Water shoes encouraged.
