Hand-lettering is the art of drawing letters instead of writing them. We will cover the basics of hand-lettering, then identify our personal affirmations. Finally, we'll create a personal art piece that incorporates a hand-lettered version of your affirmation.
Both beginners and students with hand-lettering experience will benefit from this therapeutic art experience.

|Meet the instructor|
|I have been an instructor in Cuesta's Community Programs for 2 years and teach English throughout the rest of the year. In my free time, however, I love making cards and letters to stay connected with people the old-fashioned way. Whether for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or just for fun, I almost always opt for making my own cards and letters. In this class, I look forward to helping you discover the joy homemade stationery as I have.|
