Cultivating Community Connection
Hindsight is 2020. 2020 revealed our deeply held need for human connection. Only apart from one another did many people discover the disconnection, loneliness and value of relationship.
Servant-Leaders are trained in the art and science of leading people to wholeness. This crafting of human renewal, well-being and service is at the heart of effective leadership.
Our old ways of leading were disrupted by a pandemic, racial inequities and economic crisis in 2020. The leaders who navigated this complex leadership used the framework we’ll be learning and applying into our individual and organizational worldview. This richly renewing opportunity will leave participants nourished, empowered and ready to serve this new world as it emerges in 2022.
Cultivating Community Connection will be offered via Zoom with substantial opportunity to cultivate community with existing in-person or remote-work teams.
For solopreneurs or individuals, participants can craft their own team(s) or we will support you in joining a team.
