Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) - A company’s total marketing communications mix, or promotion mix, consists of the specific blend of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations tools that the company uses to pursue its advertising and marketing objectives.
The five major types of promotion are:
- Advertising
- Personal selling
- Sales promotion
- Public relations
- Direct marketing
In this course, students will learn how to deliver a productive customer experience via integrated marketing across different marketing channels like online, mobile, social, in-store, outdoor, email, and so forth. Discover tricks to overcome specific challenges while getting into the mind of the consumer and their decision-making process.
