Making Interactive Fiction Video Games
The Interactive Fiction class combines the pleasures of crafted story experiences with the pleasures of interactivity that is most evident in the in the popularity of video games. Students will explore how story is incorporated into contemporary game designs. They will have the opportunity to create their own “Choose Your Own Adventure” type story with pictures, animations, and sounds. After students make your own interactive stories, they will bring them home on a flash drive at the end of the class.
