Designed for those interested in the basics of wine chemistry and wine production. This course guides students through basic chemistry, microbiology, and common wine compounds. Students will not only learn the science of wine but how wine is produced, aged, manipulated, and bottled. Perfect for both novices and wine industry employees early in their careers.
