Pasta Mediterranean Style
Learn diversified methods of cooking pasta with Italian instructor, Michael Auriemma. Pasta refers to anything made from flour, wheat flour, grass flour, and can be modified with a variety of ingredients to improve the nutrition. Pasta is known as an Italian staple food that has reached worldwide popularity. Join us for a hands-on experience and leave with traditional and new techniques for cooking the right pasta for your personal diet and preference.
Please bring your own apron and/or chef's jacket. Class will be held in the commercial kitchen at the Ludwick Community Center, 864 Santa Rosa St, San Luis Obispo. Parking lot at rear of the building (access from Mill Street). Enter through doors at front of the building along Santa Rosa Street.
