Regardless of how you top your pizza, this food is one of the most eaten dishes in the world. Coming all the way from Italy, pizza can actually be eaten for any meal. Learn to perfect the art with hands-on instruction from Italian instructor, Michael Auriemma. Follow step-by-step instruction with guidance and practice to stretch and shape the dough before adding the right toppings to round out the taste.
Class will be held in the commercial kitchen at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden Education Center, 3450 Dairy Creek Rd. Follow Dairy Creek Road past the softball fields and park across from the red brick colored buildings.
Please bring your own apron and/or chef's jacket. A $10 materials fee will be payable to instructor in class.
