Preserving the Harvest: Canning Jams, Pickles, and Sauces
Learn how to safely make jams, pickles and sauces. We will have an overview of food preservation past and present and jump into making one canning item per week. You will get hands on experience and take home a product sample each week. Beginners welcome!
