Would you like to continue learning Chinese? This course is designed for people who have taken the Introductory Chinese Language class and are familiar with Chinese PinYin.
A major theme for this course is providing learners with conversational hooks and ways of expanding the short, all too common dialogues foreigners often have with native speakers of Chinese. It presents authentic and practical language that is immediately useful. A slower, more gradual pace of learning and more Chinese typing exercises, particularly the exercises after each lesson will help the students mentally link the Chinese characters (simplified) with their corresponding pinyin. Aspects of Chinese culture are also incorporated in this class.
Materials are included and will be shared by the instructor through Google Classroom.
