Readers’ Theatre for Fun and Fundraising

Readers Theatre for Fun and for Fund Raising prepares the student to organize and produce chamber readings for private entertainment as well as public performances for a paying audience. Classes will include lecture and student participation. Instruction will cover choosing and adapting suitable material, guidance through rehearsal, and presentation of a theatre piece intended for an adult audience. The course will also include instruction in the preparation of a Mask and Narrative presentation intended for and by children.
