We’ll separate the science from the propaganda (on ALL sides), discuss the diet and lifestyles of healthy centenarians (people who live to 100) throughout the world, and learn about the health effects of diet, lifestyle, our gut microbiome, environmental hazards, our hormones (more than just the female ones), breast and bone health, weight loss and more. The diet and lifestyle material is science-based, plant-centered (but not necessarily vegan) active life. This program is geared toward the person who wants to be able to use food as medicine and not rely on pills and potions as they grow older.
