Fitness via Bellydancing
Bellydance is a fun way to use different body muscles to gain fitness and challenge yourself. We will be dancing to fun music and learning bellydance movements and technique. Class will also incorporate warm up, stretching and cool down. Active wear recommended. Minimal shoes optional.
