Chair Pilates is a Pilates-based workout that strengthens abdominals, lower back, and pelvic muscles to support the spine and achieve good posture, balance, and flexibility. By incorporating yoga and breathing exercises, you’ll also learn how to relieve stress and tension and prevent injury.
