A fun, low-impact class to help promote mobility, balance, functional strength, endurance, and flexibility. Train your muscles to work together and improve your core stability to prepare your body for common movements you do at home or work. Exercises may be performed seated or standing.
Drop Ins are always welcome! Pay $7 per class at sign in.
