A full body dynamic workout that incorporates hand-held weights, physioball, resistance bands, mat exercises to improve upper and lower body strength, core stability, and balance. Walk-ins welcome for $7 per class.

FEE: $170 or $7 drop-in registration accepted at the door
LOCATION: San Luis Obispo Campus Room 1200 (Weight Room); Room 1105 will be used on Wednesdays starting October 2
