Rowing
Learn the skill of sculling (sliding-seat rowing) as seen in Olympic competition on the beautiful Santa Margarita Lake with the San Luis Rowing Club. Basic water skills training will focus on individual "sculling" with an introduction to team "sweep rowing". Participants will also learn the history of rowing including literature, art and film while taking part in an activity that exercises their legs, back, arms and shoulders. Come start your day on the water, but stay and enjoy hiking, birding, fishing, or camping…all available at Santa Margarita Lake.
