Culinary Basics
Join us this summer for a fun culinary skillset class that will guide students with all of their senses through demos, preparation, plate design, history, and ultimately, the enjoyment of food. Students in this intensive camp will be cooking outdoors and learning tricks for working with the elements and getting creative with the tools and equipment you have. Prepare your palette to be wowed for what is sure to be a tasty experience!
OFFERED: Session I, II, and III (Weeks 1 & 2 of each session)
TIME: 1:00 - 3:50pm
FEE: $110 + $40 materials fee; $85 + $30 materials fee (S2, week 2)

Dominique Kramer has been in the food industry for 20 years + with training from Johnson and Wales University for Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Food Service Management. Chef Dom has been a chef at the Winter Olympics in Utah in 2002, at Microsoft in Silicon Valley, working for School food industry and catering. |
