Mukimono Munchies
Mukimono is the art of carving food. Join us each day as we carve fruits, vegetables and shape chocolate for a delicious plant-based snack, in the great outdoors. Select from an array of ingredients to prepare your own custom creations.
Mukimono Munchies include: Strawberry bird’s nest tarts, banana bunny sundae splits, cucumber dragon seascapes, rainbow fruit wands with chocolate truffle toads.

FEE: $75 + $25 materials fee (S1); $65 + $25 materials fee (S2)

DeSwart has taught at Cuesta College, Cal Poly and in the community. DeSwart enjoys science, taijichuan in the park, reading & nature walks with her maltipoo, Anne. |
