Mukimono is the art of carving food. Join us each day as we carve fruits, vegetables and shape chocolate for a delicious plant-based snack, in the great outdoors. Select from an array of ingredients to prepare your own custom creations.
Mukimono Munchies include: Strawberry bird’s nest tarts, banana bunny sundae splits, cucumber dragon seascapes, rainbow fruit wands with chocolate truffle toads.

|Elisabeth DeSwart is a chef and Registered Dietitian (RD) who loves experimenting in the kitchen. She specializes in food traditions of people around the world. DeSwart has taught at Cuesta College, Cal Poly and in the community. DeSwart enjoys science, taijichuan in the park, reading & nature walks with her maltipoo, Anne.|
