My name is Fredy Herrera, I am a first-generation student and have been attending Cuesta College for three years. I am pursuing a career in Higher Education and look forward to earning my Bachelor Degree at Cal Poly here in San Luis Obispo and completing the cycle by bringing it all back to Cuesta College to assist students with resources. I also enjoy exercise and nutrition which are the roots to why at a point in my academic career I wanted to become a Physical Education Instructor and why I am now a member of College 4 Kids. I believe sports are important for youth and they create a positive difference both mental and physically which is more valuable as they become older. My purpose here is to ensure the children are in a safe environment and most importantly to have fun. |
