Kickboxing for Fitness & Self Defense
Kickboxing is a great way to get fit and learn basic self-defense. You will learn basic kickboxing techniques using punching bags and focus mitts. It will be a fun way to challenge your physical fitness while learning fundamental self-defense techniques and skills.

My passion for Krav Maga has lead me to train others to be confident in defending themselves in real life situations. In addition, it is a great way to get fit while having fun doing it! I teach Krav Maga and Kickboxing at Cal Poly thru the ASI program and at Sleeping Tiger Fitness & Martial Arts. |
