Join us each day as we create a delicious plant-based treat, iced tea, and learn Chen-style taijichuan, in the great outdoors. We will also baguazhang!
Select from an array of ingredients to prepare your own custom culinary creations.
Chen-style taijiquan and baguazhang are internal Chinese martial arts. They are comprised of non-combative, synchronized movements that can help to empower the body and mind.
Treats include: Mochi sundaes, mango tartlets, dumplings with dipping sauces, and holi cakes
Iced Teas (herbal/decaffeinated) include: Bubble tea, jasmine green, hibiscus-fruit, and Thai iced tea

Elisabeth DeSwart is a chef and Registered Dietitian (RD) who loves experimenting in the kitchen. She specializes in food traditions of people around the world. DeSwart has taught at Cuesta College, Cal Poly and in the community. DeSwart enjoys science, taijichuan in the park, reading & nature walks with her maltipoo, Anne. |
