INSTRUCTOR: Antonia Amaral - Since returning home in 2013, I have dedicated my time to coaching developing athletes of all ages. I am currently the sprints coach for Cuesta College and SLO Town Track Club. In addition I have a teaching Credential P.E., M. Ed., and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
