Yoga, Movement, and Breath
Start your morning outside in nature focusing on breathing, strength, and flexibility. Each day, we will start our class with a breathwork exercise to relax our bodies and minds. Next, you’ll be guided through a new yoga routine daily (beginners and advanced yogis welcome!). Finally, we’ll close by learning a new movement for improving and maintaining your wellness (ex: qigong, nature walk, ecstatic dance, and self-acupressure).
All students will receive a yoga mat, block, strap, and stretching band.

FEE: $65 + $20 materials fee (S1 & 2); $75 + $20 materials fee (S3)

|Meet the instructor|
|Leana is a Psychology student graduating this spring from Cuesta. She has a passion for mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and mental wellness. This is her 2nd year teaching for CFK. She has been educating children for over 15 years and she is also the mother of a 12-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. In the past, she has taught children’s yoga, gymnastics, and swimming. She hopes to share her love of yoga, breathwork, nature walks, and other wellness movements with CFK this summer.|
