Yoga, Movement, and Breath
Students are invited to take an hour out of their schedule to focus on their breathing, strength, and flexibility through moving their body in an outdoor nature setting. We will start our class with a breathwork exercise followed by a group movement activity. Next, students will be guided through a new yoga routine each day and the class will close with learning a daily new movement for improving and maintaining their wellness (ex: qigong, nature walk, ecstatic dance, and self-accupressure).
