In this class, you will learn about how to safely practice yoga in a focused environment. As a class and sometimes in small groups, you will experiment with different poses, practice moving with your breath, play yoga games, and be challenged to try new things each week. We will practice more challenging poses to get our heart racing, but also practice relaxing poses and meditation. We will also work on building flexibility and strength. If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t worry! This class is for beginners, but all levels are welcome.
