Let’s Paint a Mural with Marcia Harvey
$175, 8:00am – 12:00pm, Building 4100 Outdoor Classroom E2
This mural painting camp will beautify our world by creating a wall-sized guide to the flora and fauna of Cuesta College’s local ecosystem. Students will be collaboratively painting some of the common sights and sounds of the area; sycamore leaves, grackles, cottontail rabbits, garter snakes, California poppies, and more! This will be a very hands-on experience; painting a mural is a fun and gratifying experience, as the ordinary wall is transformed into a pictorial space under our very eyes!
Creative Music Composition with Shea Kelly
$175, 8:00am – 12:00pm, Building 4100 Outdoor Classroom C
Have you ever felt the inspiration to create music but were unsure how to go about it? This class will help you figure out how to compose, record & publish music that you create. I will show you how to use today’s technology, mixed with your creativity, and blend that with some basic music theory to create recorded songs to either keep digitally or publish online. Any level musician is welcome.

Acting: With Purpose! with Joe Hewes-Clark
$175, 8:30am – 12:30pm, Building 4100 Outdoor Classroom A
In this one-week intensive course students will dip their toes into the proverbial ocean of the Dramatic Arts. Using a mixture of Stanislavski, Meisner, and Japanese techniques paired with exercises meant to broaden an actor's understanding and use of their bodies, voices and minds, our students will become familiar with and explore a given text. The smaller, more intimate group will also grow as a unit and build one another up with their combined growth and understanding. All hail Thespis, Patron Saint of Theatre!
