An exhibition of contemporary cast metal by artists with ties to the Cuesta College Sculpture Foundry Program

Bringing together representational works from current and former faculty, and alumni, this exhibition highlights the amazing breadth and depth of talent that has been inspired by the Foundry Program at Cuesta College. Alloy: Ideas & Influence unites the 6,000-year-old process of traditional bronze casting with a contemporary approach to content, form, and technique. Highlighting unique explorations, this exhibition features sculptures that investigate, challenge, and celebrate the distinctive qualities of cast metal.
