Cuesta South County CenterThe Cuesta College South County Center strives to provide
the best service to the community and to promote student achievement and success. 

The South County Center represents a welcoming, inclusive, student-centered environment where students have access to support services, quality educational opportunities, workforce training, and transfer-oriented higher education. 

Classes have been available to students at the South County Center at Arroyo Grande High School since 1965. The South County Center was relocated to Lucia Mar's Orchard Street Facility in 2001, where classes and services are still held today. 


Directions to the South County Center

From Highway 101 South:

  • Exit at Fair Oaks in Arroyo Grande
  • Travel East on Fair Oaks to Orchard Avenue
  • Turn Left on Orchard Street
  • The center is on the corner of Orchard Street and West Cherry Avenue

From Highway 101 North:

  • Exit at Fair Oaks in Arroyo Grande
  • Turn right at the stop sign
  • Make an immediate left onto Orchard Street
  • The center is on the corner of Orchard Street and West Cherry Avenue

Parking

Parking permits are not required for South County Center classes at Arroyo Grande High School. The area is residential, and students and faculty are encouraged to use the parking lot and/or street parking located directly beside the South County Center office.
