All active and approved clubs are listed in the Clubs Listing section below. Contact the advisor for more information on each club, including meeting times and activities. You can also find upcoming club activities on the Events Calendar.

Don’t see a club you are interested in? Start your own club! All that is needed is a campus advisor, interested students, and the necessary paperwork.

How to Start a Club

Club applications and other relevant paperwork can be found on our website. Here is a direct link to the application. Completed forms can be emailed to studentlife@cuesta.edu or printed and turned into the Student Life and Leadership Office at the SLO Campus in 5301 or on the North County Campus in N1005.

Please refer to our Clubs Handbook for more information on policies and procedures.

High-Risk Clubs Policy

A “high-risk” club is a club formed by students as a co-curricular activity alternative to an existing team or class on the Cuesta College campus such as volleyball, badminton, soccer, etc. (“High Risk Clubs”). High Risk Clubs must be approved by the Associated Students organization as a High Risk Club. All High Risk Clubs are subject to the requirements, limitations and prohibitions set forth in this High Risk Clubs and Activities Policy (“High Risk Club Policies”). Please reach out to Student Life & Leadership staff with any questions!

Club Meetings & Funding for Club Activities

Club representatives are required to meet once a month. Need a place to meet? Reserve the Cougar Club Hub (5303) by completing this Cougar Club Hub Booking Form

Club meetings are a great opportunity for clubs to recruit new members, collaborate and request funding. For information on how to access club funds or request ASCC funding for club activities, check out this guide. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Student Life & Leadership staff with any questions!
