Library and Learning Resources
The mission of the Cuesta library is to support and enhance the college's instructional programs by developing and maintaining collections of print and electronic resources to meet the information needs of students and faculty, and by teaching students to access, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically.
If you are interested in learning more about libraries or someday working in a library check out our Library/Information Technology Program.
Cuesta College Library was recently awarded the 2013 Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys grant. The Bookshelf is a collection of 25 books, 4 DVDs, and an online database selected to help public audiences in the United States become more familiar with the people, places, history, faith, and cultures of Muslims around the world and within the U.S.
Watch for book displays at both campus libraries in April featuring the new materials. Public screenings of the films and programs are planned for later in the year.
