Short-Term & Student New Employee Forms
Hiring supervisors and managers:
To begin the process of hiring a new short-term/student employee, please use the appropriate forms below. Please verify all information is correct on your completed forms prior to submission to Human Resources.
New employees undergoing the hiring process:
Please check your email for an email from Adobe Sign - this email will include all of the required forms you will need to complete. There are thirteen new hire forms you are required to fill out as part of the new hire process at Cuesta College, as well as one optional form.
Please note that you will be required to complete these documents and bring in your social security card and photo ID before you are cleared to begin your position.

Cuesta College uses E-Verify as part of the I-9 process to verify the work eligibility of all new hires. E-Verify
is an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9
to data from U.S Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration
records.
