Short-Term & Student New Employee Forms
Hiring supervisors and managers:
To begin the process of hiring a new short-term/student employee, please fill out the forms in the table under the section titled Forms for the Hiring Supervisor & Manager. All documents must be submitted via Adobe Sign, for further information on how this process works, you can review the attached workflow process and color coded examples of the Student Employment Confirmation and Short-term/Temporary Employment Contract. Please verify all information is correct prior to submission to Human Resources.
New employees undergoing the hiring process:
Please check your email for an email from Adobe Sign - this email will include all of the required forms you will need to complete. There are thirteen new hire forms you are required to fill out as part of the new hire process at Cuesta College, as well as one optional form.
Please note that you will be required to complete these documents and bring in your social security card and photo ID before you are cleared to begin your position.

Please note that volunteers are required to have current tuberculin test results, fingerprint clearance, and copies of their photo ID, social security card, and employment data form on file with Human Resources prior to volunteering.
