Cuesta College begins the 2026-27 academic year Aug. 17, welcoming students back to campuses and classrooms across SLO County for the start of the fall semester.

The Cuesta College Foundation will award a record $1,192,945 in scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year, the largest annual scholarship total in the Foundation’s history.

Cuesta College Community Programs, in partnership with the Central Coast Saxophone Coalition, the SLO County Jazz Federation, and the SLOCOE Foundation, presents the first-ever Saxophone Summit: Celebrating Charlie Parker.

The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery presents "Not For Sale: Barter Exchange," a thought-provoking exhibition that challenges traditional ideas of value, ownership, and commerce by inviting artists and visitors to exchange artwork without the use of money.

Twenty-five local high school students spent four days exploring energy technologies, environmental science, and STEM career pathways while earning college credit through Cuesta College’s Renewable Energy STEM Camp, held June 22-25 at Arroyo Grande High School.
