For important dates, eligibility requirements, and step-by-step instructions to apply to the LVN program, please read the application instructions.

IMPORTANT: Starting with the January 2027 LVN Application, Medical Terminology (NRAD 222) will be a required prerequisite to apply to the LVN program.
