Paula DeLay

Paula DeLay was born and educated in Boston where she recieved a Masters in Education from Boston University. Painting primarily outdoors (plein air), she creates contemporary impressionistic "scapes" (landscapes, seascapes, skyscapes, and cityscapes). Her work hasbeen featured  in numerous juried exhibits such as the California Art Club (CAC) Plein Air Painters Showcase, the SLOMA and Creamery Pop-Up Galleries, the Santa Barbara Artwalk, and the SLO County En Plein Air exhibit.

Joy Harvey

Joy Harvey has been a popular teacher of Chinese Brush Painting and Calligraphy for over 30 years, with over 20 of those on the Central Coast. She is associated with the China Art Academy of Hangzhou, China where she has studied annually for many years.

Sarah Hawkins

Sarah Hawkins has been an avid crafter her entire life. She likes to say her favorite hobby is buying craft supplies. She started lettering because she never considered herself an artist, and she liked that hand-lettering has “rules.” In addition to hand-lettering, she loves fauxligraphy and brush lettering, making jewelry, and being a life-long student.

With an MFA from Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, Larry Le Brane has been a fine art instructor at California's community colleges for over 40 years. His own eclectic art combines painting, drawing, fused glass, and found objects. His award-winning art is featured in regional exhibits, art venues, Facebook, and is included in public and private art collections nationwide.

Raymond Mullikin

Cartoonist and writer Raymond Mullikin is the creator of various Raytoons comic books and children's books such as "Quackup" and "2 Many Parakeets." Raymond has taught classes related to animation in San Luis Obispo County since 2009. He has published his own animations, comic books, and children's books that can be found on various online sites or raytoons.net.

Gayle Rappaport-Weiland

Gayle Rappaport -Weiland brings the same originality, enthusiasm, energy and heart to her paintings as she does to her life. Using rule-breaking techniques that set her apart from the crowd, she creates beautiful impressionistic works, using watercolor, acrylic and mixed media. Her qualifications and expertise, whether as an artist, teacher, curator, juror and on-air personality are widely recognized and respected. A certified Golden Artist Educator and past certified Gold Level Grumbacher Team instructor, Gayle’s teaching has included both adult and children’s classes at many diverse venues.

Dara Rosenwasser

Dara Rosenwasser is a practicing Central Coast artist and educator with a background in strengthening community through visual storytelling and oral history projects. She received her MFA in photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and her BFA from Seattle University. She has worked as a professional artist since 2005 and continues to exhibit her work.
Helen Zanoli Helen Zanoli graduated from Cal Poly in 1980 with a degree in Industrial Arts. She has been a small business owner for over 25 years, specializing in interior plant design and the design and construction of garden furniture. Helen has been employed at Cuesta College since 2005 as a woodworking instructor and she also teaches woodworking to 4-H students.
