That’s emotional intelligence, coming across sales and customer service.
Learn to keep your cool with difficult customers, social media posts that make an emotional connection, knowing when to let a customer go, releasing employees in a friendly way to prevent a lawsuit later on, anticipate workplace crisis, tools for de-escalating conflict situations, and keeping your workplace toxic-free are things you will learn during this class.
