As a professional Culinary Instructor and Faculty member at Cuesta College, I specialize in teaching advanced food production and professional baking techniques. With a background in professional cake decorating and industry-standard safety, I am passionate about making complex French pastry methods accessible, organized, and successful for every home baker.
