This gentle, beginning-level Pilates class is thoughtfully designed for older adults and those with mobility concerns. Exercises focus on improving balance, flexibility, posture, and core strength while being mindful of common issues such as joint stiffness, frozen shoulders, tight hips, and lower back discomfort.

Movements are low-impact and adaptable, allowing participants to work at their own pace in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to movement, this class is a great way to stay active, support long-term mobility, and promote overall wellness at any stage of life.
