Older Adult Strength Conditioning, Balance, and Mobility
An exercise program designed to promote strength conditioning, balance, and coordination. Increase flexibility while building agility.
Equipment needed: chair, hand weights, and bands. Student may want use a mat if doing exercises on the floor.

Coral has a M.S. in Kinesiology and has taught adult fitness since 2008 with SLCUSD Adult school. She also teaches health classes and coaches springboard diving. |
